Module I dove into a hands-on session on time management led by Rebecca Dillet, head chef at Murray Hill Place Administration. After discussing some practical tips on time management, Rebecca led the participants through the making and baking of French macarons to demonstrate how organizing your materials, setting deadlines, and prioritizing tasks facilitates doing all of your work well, including baking a tasty macaron!
